BACKGROUND: 

On July 20, 2004, the Board of County Commissioners adopted a resolution authorizing the Fire Chief to accept donations to the department in an amount not to exceed $2,500 in personal property and $1,000 in monetary donations. Individual donations valued at more than $2,500 in personal property or $1,000 in cash will be presented to the Board of County Commissioner for acceptance at a regularly scheduled meeting.

Justin Doh donated drinks, which included Pepsi Co, Gatorade, and bottled water. He also donated custom t-shirts, giftbags and meals in support of the Clark County Fire Departments Women’s Fire Camp held on June 1-2, 2024. Totaling an estimated fair market value of $3,823.50.

The Clark County Fire Department appreciates the generosity of this donation and recommends ratification of this donation acceptance. Donation letter is attached.
