BACKGROUND: 

LVPC BDPS, LLC (Grantor) has voluntarily conveyed permanent easements to Clark County for traffic improvements upon Assessor's Parcel Numbers 176-26-501-003 and 176-23-801-002, generally situated at the southwest and northwest corners of Jones Boulevard and Silverado Ranch Boulevard (Project L-2413).

The grant of easement documents further describes additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and the Grantor.

The District Attorney's Office has approved the grants of easements as form.
