Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $900,000.  Supplemental No. 1 increase of $200,000 revises the total contract value to $1,100,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On October 18, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Horrocks Engineers, Inc. to provide engineering services for design of the Rainbow Boulevard between Blue Diamond Road and Clark County 215 Beltway project.

Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract with Horrocks Engineers, Inc. increases total funds to provide additional professional services for documenting environmental conditions as part of the project's federal funding.

Horrocks Engineers, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
