BACKGROUND:
Project includes the asphalt pavement rehabilitation of two primary parallel runways at Jean Airport. Project scope also includes airfield striping and marking design, airfield grading, miscellaneous airfield lighting, parking lot renovation, and miscellaneous earthwork.
