BACKGROUND:
On December 3, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of RFQ No. 605240-19 for Crisis Stabilization and Supportive Housing Continuity of Care Program to Charleston Residential Services LLC dba CrossRoads of Southern Nevada (NBE) in the amount of $1,446,477.88 annually for Crisis Stabilization and Supportive Housing Continuity of Care Program.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from date of award through December 31, 2020 and included the option to renew for 4, one-year periods. There are no renewal options remaining.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
Amendment No. 1 provided for the continuation of services which included an increased capacity due to the ongoing pandemic.
Amendment No. 2 provided for the continuation of services to those who were seeking assistance with housing and rehabilitation through the Crisis Stabilization program.
Amendment No. 3 increased funding for continuation of services.
Amendment No. 4 extended the Contract term on a month-to-month basis through December 31, 2025.
Approval of Amendment No. 5 will extend the Contract on a month-to-month basis through October 31, 2026. The attached Amendment No. 5 document details the modifications and costs involved.
Charleston Residential Services LLC dba CrossRoads of Southern Nevada currently holds a Clark County Business License.
