BACKGROUND:
On December 16, 2025, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 607537-25 to UKG Kronos Systems LLC (LBE) in the amount not to exceed $2,000,000 for subscriptions, professional services, hardware and support and maintenance.
This Contract is for subscriptions, professional services, hardware and support and maintenance with UKG Kronos Systems LLC (LBE).
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from effective date through December 16, 2026, and included the option to renew for 4, one-year periods. There are 4 renewal options remaining.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
A revised Fiscal Directive No. 6, Competitive Bidding Exception, was approved because Enterprise Resource Planning was utilizing a different contract for their UKG products. That Contract has expired and the department has decided to purchase directly from UKG as it provides cost savings. This amount was not factored into the initial Contract award.
This approval will provide for additional funds to ensure the County can continue current operations countywide.
The Business License Department has determined that a Clark County Business License is not required for this effort.
