BACKGROUND:

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved the Jones Boulevard between Blue Diamond Road and Windmill Lane project on its annual Capital Improvement Plan from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds.

The Board and RTC previously approved one supplemental to Interlocal Contract No. 1120, increasing total funds for the subject project.

The attached Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contract No. 1120 increases total funds for additional design for right-of-way to construct a bridge structure over the Union Pacific Railroad.

RTC approved the second supplemental contract at its meeting on December 15, 2022.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
