Off-Street Shared Use Path Maintenance - Clark County FY 2022-2026

Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $55,000. Supplemental No. 1 increase of $160,000 revises the total contract value to $215,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On July 8, 2021, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1285 from its adopted Capital Improvement Program, for the Off-Street Shared Use Path Maintenance - Clark County Fiscal Year 2022-2026 project. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on August 3, 2021.

Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 1285 increases total funds for construction costs to allow for Fiscal Year 2024 path maintenance. The time of performance remains effective until June 30, 2026, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on October 12, 2023.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
