BACKGROUND: 

On December 7, 2021, Clark County (County) entered into a lease with Monday's Dark, a non-profit, to lease ±1.25 acres of vacant land known as Assessor's Parcel Number 162-20-212-005 which is located on the Northwest Corner of Harmon Avenue and Polaris Avenue (Lease).

Due to unforeseen delays, Monday's Dark is requesting extensions to the deadlines outlined in their Lease to obtain land use approval, building department approval, commence construction and operate. This Amendment I allows for extended deadlines and the option to extend the deadlines an additional six (6) months at the sole discretion of the Acting Director of Real Property Management.
