BACKGROUND: 

Right-of-way engineering for construction of the Boulder Highway; Desert Inn - Lamb Intersection Improvements and Las Vegas Boulevard between Sunset Road and Sahara Avenue projects have identified that partial acquisitions and permanent traffic signal easements of the following Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APN) may be necessary: 

Boulder Hwy; Desert Inn - Lamb Intersection Improvements:
APN: 161-07-702-014 (NP Boulder, LLC) - Partial Acquisition & Permanent Traffic Signal Easement
APN: 161-07-802-011 (DJ Robbins LLC Etal and Starzynski General Partnership) - Partial Acquisition &
           Permanent Traffic Signal Easement
APN: 161-07-802-012 (Megdal Violet, LLC and 7-Eleven Inc Lease) - Partial Acquisition

Las Vegas Boulevard; Sunset Road - Sahara Avenue:

The appraisal reports identified herein will provide information necessary for budgeting and further development of the construction plans as may be required. Once the costs are determined and rights-of-way are finalized, authorization to acquire will be requested from the Board of County Commissioners. Authorization to appraise portions of the aforementioned parcels is now being sought from the Board of County Commissioners.
