BACKGROUND:
On October 31, 2024, Statement of Qualification (SOQ) No. 607190-24 was advertised on the Clark County Purchasing website and in the Las Vegas Review Journal. Submittals were requested for various projects such as exterior improvement, new construction/renovation, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, construction manager at risk, design-build and commissioning projects. Submittals received for each service category are as follows: 46 for Category 1: Exterior Improvement Projects, 56 for New Construction/Renovation Projects, 12 for Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Projects, 16 for Construction Manager at Risk, 22 for Design-Build Projects and 5 for Commissioning Projects.
An Ad-Hoc Committee comprised of 23 individuals from Clark County Real Property Management and a representative from City of Las Vegas reviewed and evaluated the submittals. The attached list was developed from the scores of the Ad-Hoc Committee members and the firms who scored 70-percent or higher based on the category the firm submitted for. Firms will submit proposals as projects arise. The selected firm will be assigned a task order as identified in the Master Services Agreement. All negotiated Agreements over $1,000,000.01 will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for final approval.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
• The term of the Agreements shall be from date of award through December 31, 2026, and include the option to renew for 3, one-year periods.
• The Agreements include the County's option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the contract with advanced written notice.
In accordance with NRS 332.115.1 (b), the competitive bidding process is not required as the services to be performed are professional in nature. Pursuant to internal policies and procedures, Clark County solicited these services through the SOQ process.
All firms on the Qualified List currently have a valid Clark County Business License and Vendor Registrations.
