BACKGROUND: 

Clark County Department of Public Works (CCPW) desires to enter into an MOU with NDOT to formalize the storage of County equipment and materials used in snow removal at the NDOT facility located at 2100 Kyle Canyon Road in Mount Charleston.

This MOU will be effective for a period of four (4) years from July 1, 2026, unless terminated by either Party. The Parties may renew this MOU every four years thereafter, if both Parties agree.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed the Memorandum of Understanding.
