Additional Comments:

Supplemental No. 2 increase of $800,000 revises the total contract value to $5,493,119.

 

BACKGROUND:

On January 7, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Horrocks Engineers, Inc. for engineering services for the design of the Summerlin Parkway - Clark County 215 Beltway Interchange project.  Supplemental No. 1 to the professional services contract additional engineering services was approved by the Board on June 2, 2020.

The attached Supplemental No. 2 to the professional services contract with Horrocks Engineers, Inc. will increase total funds for additional design engineering services for a City of Las Vegas bicycle and pedestrian trail and associated bridges, necessary for the future trail extension beyond the Clark County 215 Beltway Interchange.  Horrocks Engineers, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
