Professional Services Agreement for Recorder’s Office

Additional Comments:

The total Agreement is estimated in the amount of $1,290,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for Professional Services for the Recorders office with Tyler Technologies Inc. (LBE).

A Fiscal Directive No. 6, Competitive Bidding Exception, was approved because the significant number of images being processed and redacted requires specialized software.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
                     The term of the Agreement is from Effective date through December 31, 2025 and includes the option to                      extend for a six (6) month period.
                     Includes Client's option to terminate at any time upon written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(b), the competitive bidding process is not required as the services to be performed are professional in nature.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(h), the competitive bidding process is not required as the item to be purchased pertains to software for computers.

Tyler Technologies Inc, currently holds a Clark County Business License.
