Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $1,470,000. Supplemental No. 1 increase of $317,170 revises the total contract value to $1,787,170.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On June 18, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional project administration and construction management services contract with CA Group, Inc. for construction management services for the Jones Boulevard between Clark County 215 Beltway and Tropicana Avenue project (Bid No. 606272-22).

Supplemental No. 1 to the contract will provide additional funds for professional project administration and construction management services due to additional scope of work, and extend the contract termination date to March 31, 2026, unless further time extensions are granted.

CA Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
