BACKGROUND:
On July 20, 2021, the Board of Clark County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for professional engineering services for the Tropicana Avenue / Broadbent Boulevard between Boulder Highway and City of Henderson limits project.
Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. will provide additional design engineering services to separate the Tropicana Avenue and Broadbent Boulevard segments into two separate construction projects, additional design for the LV01 0001 MPU segment, additional utility potholing, and extend the contract's time of performance until December 31, 2028, unless further time extensions are granted.
Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
