Additional Comments:

The total Agreement award is in the amount not to exceed $200,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for retrofitting, repairs, and construction of desert tortoise proof fencing along highways and roads within Clark County.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
•                     The term of the Agreement is from date of award through December 1, 2031, and includes the option to                      extend for a period up to 6-months.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
