BACKGROUND:
In Fiscal year 2026 as part of the annual budget, the board approved a transfer of $1,965,568 from the Eighth Judicial District Court Fund (2760) to the Eighth Judicial District Court Capital Fund (4760) for Capital related projects. $885,128 is also available to be reallocated from closed projects. The Board is asked to allocate these funds to support projects essential to Court operations.
