BACKGROUND: 

As provided for in NRS 277.053, Clark County School District (CCSD) intends to donate a ±4.81-acre vacant parcel near the northeast corner of north Lamb Blvd and Kell Lane, addressed at 4400 Kell Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89155 known as Assessor's Parcel Number 140-20-301-019 (Parcel) for future public purpose.  Pursuant to NRS 244.270, Clark County (County) may accept the donation of any property for the use and benefit of the County. 

The Parcel may be used for any public purpose including charitable and civil purposes but not for a charter school as defined by NRS 388A.
