BACKGROUND:

On September 10, 2020, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1221 for the Arterial Reconstruction: Russell Road and Hacienda Avenue project on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved the interlocal contract on October 6, 2020.

The attached Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract 1221 decreases total funds for construction of the project. The time of performance remains effective to June 30, 2025, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on July 13, 2023.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
