NRS 361.340 requires the Chair of the County Board of County Commissioners to nominate individuals to serve on the County Board of Equalization, and the Board of County Commissioners to appoint the nominees by a majority vote.

An application is being submitted for Petra Latch to renew her position as alternate member for a 4-year term ending December 31, 2029.
