BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607448-25, for Annual Requirements Contract for Crossing Guard Services was advertised on February 25, 2025, and opened on March 26, 2025. The Bid amounts are as follows:

*General Security & Response Services, Platinum Security Inc. and 007 Security Services LLC all requested the opportunity to withdraw in lieu of being formally rejected because they were unable to meet the qualifications listed in the Bid document.
Bid Amounts above are for evaluation purposes and determination of low bid. Actual usage is listed in the Fiscal Impact.
This Contract is for crossing guard services in support of the Clark County School District.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, and includes the option to renew for 7, one-year periods.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 5% based on possible increased user requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 5% for possible price increases for renewal terms.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.065.2, if the governing body or its authorized representative has advertised for or requested bids in letting a contract, the governing body or its authorized representative must award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
All City Management Services, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
This was a cooperative solicitation between Clark County, City of Las Vegas and City of North Las Vegas. The other agencies will award their portion of this contract under their own delegated authority.
