BACKGROUND: 

On August 14, 2014, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 802 for the Decatur Boulevard between Cactus Avenue and Warm Springs Road project (Public Works No. PW.R007M13) on its annual Capital Improvement Plan from Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on September 2, 2014.

Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contact No. 802 will extend the project completion date to December 31, 2030, to allow sufficient time to complete the project.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 802 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the fourth supplemental contract at its meeting on December 11, 2025.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the fourth supplemental contract as to form.
