Additional Comments:

Supplemental No. 1 increase of $100,000 revises the total contract value to $200,000.

 

BACKGROUND:

On November 5, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional services contract for staff augmentation with Kleinfelder, Inc. to provide quality assurance or independent assurance testing and inspection on various Clark County Department of Public Works projects, as needed.

The attached Supplemental No. 1 to the professional services contract with Kleinfelder, Inc. will provide additional quality assurance and inspection services needed to complete the scope of work, including for use on work orders assigned prior to the approval of the current SOQ period.  The contract termination is extended to December 31, 2022.  Kleinfelder, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
