Sign the Professional Services Contract between Clark County and AECOM Technical Services, Inc.

BACKGROUND: 

This contract is for contract labor services for Harry Reid International Airport and the four general aviation facilities.  These services are needed to support ongoing projects throughout the Clark County Airport System.  The contract term shall be for one year from date of award and include two one-year renewal options.

AECOM Technical Services, Inc. was qualified on the 2026 Statement of Qualifications list (26-001 C-D) approved by the Board of County Commissioners on May 5, 2026.

In accordance with NRS 332.115(1)(b), the services to be performed are professional in nature and therefore exempt from competitive bidding requirements. 

This contract has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. The company holds a Clark County business license.
