Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $600,000. Supplemental No. 1 increase of $140,000 and Supplemental No. 2 increase of $116,000 revised the total contract value to $856,000. Supplemental No. 3 increase of $125,000 revises the contract value to $981,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On June 1, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. to provide professional engineering services for the Blue Diamond Wash Railroad Channel project.

Supplemental No. 3 to the professional engineering services contract is needed for additional design of off-site improvements on the south side of Blue Diamond Road between Buffalo Drive and Montessouri Street. This third supplemental contract will also extend the contract term until July 31, 2027, unless further time extensions are granted.

GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved this third supplemental contract as to form.
