Agenda note: SUBJECT MATTER/RECOMMENDATION: In the matter of the recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners conduct a public hearing on an ordinance to consider adoption of a Development Agreement with CFT Lands, LLC for a residential subdivision (Silverado Court VIII) on 15.0 acres, generally located east of La Cienega Street and north of Starr Avenue within Enterprise. (For possible action):
DISCUSSION: The public hearing was opened. Chair Kirkpatrick asked if there were any persons present in the audience wishing to be heard on the proposed ordinance.
