BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) leases 81,616 square feet of office space through an existing 20-year Real Estate Lease Agreement (Agreement) with MAC One, LLC (Company). This Second Amendment (Amendment) to the Agreement is to authorize a rental reduction from $3.42 per square foot to $2.90 per square foot and extend the lease term for an additional two years through December 31, 2030. This will result in a savings of approximately $747,758.74 for the DOA in 2021. The rental rate will continue to increase by 3% annually.

This Amendment has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office.
