BACKGROUND:

Clark County will be constructing a traffic signal at the intersection of Spencer Street and Wigwam Avenue, and needs access to a portion of the Clark County School District's (CCSD) property in order to construct and maintain this traffic signal.

The attached license agreement with CCSD will allow the County access to a portion of CCSD property, namely Jack Lund Schofield Middle School, to construct and maintain the traffic signal facilities located at Spencer Street and Wigwam Avenue.  The conditions, stipulations, and terms are described in the license agreement as they relate to both the County and CCSD.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the license agreement as to form.
