BACKGROUND: 

Bid No. 605722-20, Traffic Signal Improvements at Various Locations #103 Phase 1 was advertised on November 3, 2020 and opened on December 1, 2020.  The Bid Amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for the Installation of traffic systems at Durango Dr. & Gomer Rd. and Spencer St. & Wigwam Ave. Other project improvements include sidewalk ramp reconstruction and pavement rehab to install new loop detectors.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
                     The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 90 calendar days from the date specified in the                      Notice to Proceed.
                     Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience                      language as in all public works efforts of this type.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

UNICON (LLC) currently holds a Clark County Business License.
