BACKGROUND:
This request is for ratification of a License Agreement with Wynn Las Vegas, LLC (“Wynn”) for the use of the Brahms and Bach ballrooms at the Wynn for COVID-19 vaccinations. UMC will be permitted to use the Brahms Ballroom weekly, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 p.m. to provide COVID-19 vaccinations to persons who have made appointments in advance and walk-in visitors if slots are available. UMC will also have use of various tables, chairs and other personal property to aid in administering the COVID-19 vaccine to the public. The term of the agreement is through January 18, 2022, and includes the option for either party to terminate without cause upon thirty (30) days’ advance notice. There is no cost to UMC for this License Agreement.This License Agreement was reviewed by the Governing Board at their January 27, 2021 meeting and recommended for ratification by the Board of Hospital Trustees.
