BACKGROUND:
On October 31, 2018, Clark County (County) purchased the buildings, land, driveways, parking facilities, similar improvements and easements located at 1291 Galleria Drive, Henderson, NV 89014 (APN 178-03-110-022) commonly known as the Lori Mas building. Through the acquisition, the County took over the existing leases.
This Second Amendment extends the termination date of the Lease from March 31, 2021 to June 30, 2021 and provides for a standard 3% escalation for the period of the extended term.
