Title: ZC-20-0598-RIVERVIEW LVB DEVELOPMENT, LLC: AMENDED ZONE CHANGE to reclassify 7.5 acres of a 15.4 acre site from H-1 (Limited Resort and Apartment) Zone to C-2 (General Commercial) Zone. DESIGN REVIEWS for the following: 1) shopping center; and 2) finished grade.
