Additional Comments:

Supplemental No. 2 increase of $65,000 revises the total contract value to $2,112,000.

 

BACKGROUND:

On March 20, 2018, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for the design of roadway improvements for the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway Widening between Windmill Lane and Pecos Road project.

Supplemental No. 1 to the professional engineering services contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. was entered into on March 17, 2020, and extended the time of performance to December 21, 2022.

The attached Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. will provide additional construction support services and record drawings for the subject project.  Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
