Description:

Arterial Reconstruction Program: Clark County Maintenance FY 2019

Additional Comments:

Supplemental No. 4 increase of $300,000 revises the total contract value to $27,575,000.

 

BACKGROUND:

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved the Arterial Reconstruction Program:  Clark County Maintenance Fiscal Year 2019 project on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax Funds.

Interlocal Contract No. 1021 approved by the Board of County Commissioners on August 7, 2018, provided funds for engineering for the subject project.  The Board approved Supplemental Nos. 1 and 2 to increase total funds for construction, and approved Supplemental No. 3 to increase total funds to cover County internal labor costs.

The attached Supplemental No. 4 to Interlocal Contract No. 1021d will increase total funds for engineering for the subject project.  The contract termination date remains as June 30, 2023.

This project is identified on RTC's Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2020-2021.  RTC approved Supplemental Contract No. 1021d at its meeting on January 14, 2021.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
