Agenda note: SUBJECT MATTER/RECOMMENDATION: In the matter of the recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners consider a request for revocation of UC-20-0595 and direct staff accordingly. (For possible action):
DISCUSSION: Following introduction of the item, the Board was advised by staff that the Board approved the use permit on March 17, 2021 with requirements and promises from the homeowner, and neighbors reported that activities outside of the approved application have been observed on the subject property.
Commissioner Naft advised of visiting the property and observing that the homeowner did not take the opportunity to rectify the problems.
Legal Counsel advised that the item was to determine if evidence existed to schedule a public hearing on the matter. | Pass |
