BACKGROUND: 

Attached is a listing of limited permanent positions which the Board approved for a term ending June 30, 2021.  Since the 20 positions are still needed for the various reasons noted in the attachment, staff is requesting that these positions be extended for a period not to exceed June 30, 2023.
