BACKGROUND: 

Project 19107, “Nellis Meadows Park Odor Control Feed Station”, will construct an odor control feed station at Nellis Meadows Park, including 120 linear feet of 3-inch conduit and tubing from the feed station to an existing sewer manhole located in Cecile Avenue.

A request for bids was published on March 2, 2021 in the Las Vegas Review-Journal and was posted on the District's website. Bids were received and publicly opened on April 1, 2021 at 2:00pm. Two (2) bids were received:
