BACKGROUND:
On February 19, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with CA Group, Inc. for the Russell Road between Paradise Road and Mountain Vista Street (PW.R135AB1), and Eastern Avenue between Tompkins Avenue and Sunset Road (PW.R002ABF) Pavement Rehabilitation project. Effective 2020, this project was solely funded by PW.R135AB1.
The Board previously approved Supplemental Nos. 1 and 2 to the professional services contract for CA Group, Inc. to complete the final design, and include additional engineering services, coordinate with agencies, utilities, and adjacent projects, and extend the contract term to December 31, 2022, respectively.
The attached Supplemental No. 3 to the professional services contract with CA Group, Inc. will increase total funds for additional engineering and post-design services, including engineering calculations, investigations, traffic signal modification, utility and agency coordination, and survey services.
CA Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
