BACKGROUND:
On November 25, 2020, the Department of Business License processed an application for an Importer/Wholesaler Liquor License for Tian Beverage Distributor, LLC (a Nevada Liability Company), located at 5240 South Decatur Boulevard, Suite #8, Las Vegas, Nevada 89118. Aaron Diec is the sole member (100%) and manager of Tian Beverage Distributor, LLC. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department suitability investigation was completed on April 22, 2021 and disclosed no areas of concern.
Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chairman to sign the application for approval of an Import/Wholesaler Liquor License for Tian Beverage Distributor, LLC.
