Commissioner Justin Jones advised the speaker that salary information was available on the Transparent Nevada website. There being no other persons present in the audience wishing to be heard on the mater, Chair Kirkpatrick closed the public hearing.	Pass

BACKGROUND: 

On May 17, 2021, Clark County and the District Attorney Investigators Association (DAIA) reached a tentative agreement for a fiscal reopener for the current collective bargaining agreement. The DAIA membership voted and ratified the agreement on May 18, 2021.

Of the entire agreement, one (1) article was amended.

Attachment I contains the summary of changes.

Attachment II contains the proposed article including the changed and new language in its entirety for your information. With new language bolded/capitalized and deleted language stricken.

Attachment III is the DAIA Fiscal Impact Assessment Summary which outlines by article which elements of the contract are unchanged, changed with no fiscal impact, and changed resulting in a fiscal impact.

Attachment IV is the DAIA Fiscal Impact Summary which outlines the total contract cost and/or savings of the agreement for twenty-six (26) impacted DAIA positions.
