BACKGROUND:

Mandalay Propco, LLC ("Grantor") desires to grant to Clark County a permanent, perpetual easement (Assessor's Parcel Number 162-29-710-002) to construct, install, add to, modify, reconstruct, operate, maintain, and repair traffic improvements and appurtenances related to the sign bridge structure in support of the Las Vegas Boulevard Improvement project, located upon or over Grantor's property.

The attached permanent easement for traffic improvements will grant a permanent easement to the County from the Grantor.  The additional terms and conditions as they relate to both the County and Grantor are described in the permanent easement.

The District Attorney's Office has approved the permanent easement as to form.
