BACKGROUND: 

On June 3, 2021, Clark County and the Clark County Prosecutors Association (CCPA) reached a tentative agreement effective July 1, 2021. The agreement was ratified by the CCPA membership.

Of the entire agreement, six (6) articles were amended.

Attachment I contains the summary of changes.

Attachment II contains the proposed articles including the changed and new language in its entirety. With new language bolded/capitalized and deleted language stricken.

Attachment III is the CCPA Fiscal Impact Assessment Summary which outlines, by article, which elements of the contract are unchanged, changed with no fiscal impact, and changed resulting in fiscal impact.

Attachment IV is the CCPA Fiscal Impact Summary which outlines the total and annual cost and/or savings of the new agreement for one hundred fifty-four (154) impacted Prosecutors Association positions.
