Following introduction of Item Nos. 47 and 48, Stephanie Allen, representing the applicant, advised that the application was for a distribution center; the building was one-story with circular access throughout the site; two office spaces for future tenants; the applicant on the property to the south preferred no cross access; and requested that the Board follow the Town Board's recommendation of approval to waive the cross access. | Pass |
