Agenda note: SUBJECT MATTER: In the matter of the aforementioned described application of JDR OWNER, LLC (Sheryl Kass) for a design review third extension of time, as indicated on the ATTACHED agenda item):
DISCUSSION: Following introduction of the item, staff advised that Commissioner Segerblom requested the Board add a condition under Current Planning as follows: One year administrative review to verify applicant has substantially completed the aesthetic improvements that include (but not limited to) screening and fencing repair, enclosing exposed facades, as well as, the replacement of missing windows.
Commissioner Segerblom advised that the applicant made assurances that improvements would be made for easier access while walking south from the Sahara Hotel, and that the applicant had one year to make the improvements. | Pass |
