BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 605825-21, for Intersection Improvements for Roundabouts at Various Locations was advertised on April 12, 2021 and opened on May 10, 2021. The Bid Amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for traffic improvements for the various roundabouts project including the removal and/or
installation of sidewalk ramps, mill and overlay, striping, and traffic signs. Other improvements include utility
adjustments. Project locations include, Sagemont Drive & Summerlin Centre Drive, Sagemont Drive &
Plaza Centre Drive, Golden Willow Lane & Havenwood Lane, Alden Bend Drive & Hawk Springs Lane,
Mesa Park Drive & Russell Road, Cascante Road & Russell Road, Maule Avenue & Trail Ridge Drive,
Marketwalk Place East of Town Center Drive, Park Centre Drive & Liberty Park Street, Griffith Peak Drive
& Spruce Goose Street, Pavilion Center Drive & Oval Park Drive, Pavilion Center Drive & Orchard Park
Drive.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 150 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
UNICON, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
