BACKGROUND:
On November 5, 2019, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional surveying services contract with Goosecreek, LLC d/b/a Lochsa Surveying for construction surveying services on the Alexander Road between Pecos Road and Puebla Street and Pebble Road between Eastern Avenue and Pecos Road project (Bid No. 605341-19) (Project No. PW.R135AB1). Effective December 2, 2020, Lochsa Surveying restructured into a new entity called Lochsa Engineering, LLC, and on April 6, 2021, the Board approved an assignment agreement assigning and transferring all current contracts with Goosecreek, LLC d/b/a Lochsa Surveying to Lochsa Engineering, LLC.
The attached Supplemental No. 1 to the professional surveying services contract with Lochsa Engineering, LLC will extend the contract term to September 30, 2022, unless further time extensions are granted. This supplemental is needed to provide continued surveying services, at no additional cost, for the duration of the project.
Lochsa Engineering, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
