BACKGROUND:
The Clark County Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) has approved and provided funding for the Wagon Trail Channel between Sunset Road and Teco Avenue project on its 2018 Master Plan Update.The attached interlocal contract will provide funds for construction and construction engineering for the subject project, consisting of 10-foot by 5-foot reinforced concrete box storm drain in Procyon Street between Teco Avenue and Sunset Road. The necessary right-of-way has been obtained, and all environmental requirements have been met. The time of performance is effective to June 30, 2026, unless further time extensions are granted.This project is approved on RFCD's annual Ten-Year Construction Program in Fiscal Year 2021-2022. RFCD approved the interlocal contract at its meeting on June 10, 2021.The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the contract as to form.
