BACKGROUND:

The Clark County Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) has programmed funds for the maintenance of flood control facilities, which are shown on the Master Plan.  The Clark County Department of Public Works is proposing the attached interlocal contract required to maintain those facilities shown on the Master Plan located in the unincorporated areas of Clark County.

The maintenance work program is identified on Exhibit "A" of the attached interlocal contract, which is effective from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.

RFCD approved the interlocal contract at its meeting on June 10, 2021.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the interlocal contract as to form.
