Agenda note: SUBJECT MATTER: In the matter of the recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners conduct a public hearing on an ordinance to consider adoption of a Development Agreement with Blue Diamond Industrial Venture, LLC for a warehouse (Becknell Blue Diamond) on 13.75 acres, generally located west of Lindell Road between Blue Diamond Road and Ford Avenue within Enterprise. (For possible action):
